- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions

1Saute the oleo, onion and bell pepper until just tender. Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish.

2Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

3Meanwhile, grate some sharp Cheddar cheese; sprinkle over top and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
