  • 1 can whole corn, drained (save liquid)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. can milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion or small onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. crushed soda crackers
  • 12 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Directions

    Mix all together plus 1/4 cup corn juice (leave out the crackers).

    Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Pour in dish and spread crackers on top.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
