  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) container ready to use onion dip
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix (sweet)

Directions

    In a shallow 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole, beat eggs with wooden spoon until foamy.

    Add corn, melted butter and onion dip. Beat until blended.

    Stir in muffin mix.

    Bake in a 325° oven 28 to 30 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
