- 3 large eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) container ready to use onion dip
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix (sweet)
Directions

1In a shallow 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole, beat eggs with wooden spoon until foamy.

2Add corn, melted butter and onion dip. Beat until blended.

3Stir in muffin mix.

4Bake in a 325° oven 28 to 30 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
