  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese

    Stir all except cheese into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
