- 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix ingredients together and pour into a buttered 2-quart dish.

2Crush Ritz crackers over top and dot generously with butter.

3Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.

4Cover if crackers tend to burn.
