Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Cream
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 12 ounces, weight Semi Or Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Kahlua
  • 1 container Black Cocoa For Rolling, 4 Ounce

Directions

    Heat cream and butter on low heat till butter is melted. Use double boiler if you have one. Add chocolate chips and stir till melted into cream mixture.

    Remove from heat. Stir in Kahlua. Put into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill till cold in refrigerator. Then use a melon baller or cookie baller and roll into small balls. Roll in cocoa power. I used black cocoa power.

    Makes eighteen 1/2 inch balls.
