  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 stick margarine

    Mix all ingredients together except margarine. Melt oleo and pour into 9 x 12 casserole dish. Pour mixed ingredients over melted oleo. Do not stir. Bake 1 hour in 325° oven.
