- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions

1Melt margarine in a glass dish.

2In a mixing bowl, pour box of Jiffy corn bread mix; add in sour cream.

3Mix well.

4Add both cans of corn (include liquid in whole corn).

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until browned to your satisfaction.
