  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic powder to taste

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    In oven, melt butter in 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.

    In large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and garlic until blended.

    Stir in onions and cheese.

    Pour in buttered dish.

    Bake until eggs are set, but still moist, about 35 minutes.
