  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix

    Bake in ungreased 2-quart casserole at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Check it in 1 hour with knife. It will be puffed up and golden brown on top when done.
