  • 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Pour in 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
