- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt oleo and mix all ingredients except corn muffin mix. Then fold in corn muffin mix.
