  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn

    Saute green peppers and onions in 1 stick oleo over low heat.

    Mix with rest of ingredients including crumbled corn bread.
