- 10 pieces bacon, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 (12 oz.) cans corn, drained
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in butter, then blend in salt and flour.

2Add sour cream until smooth.

3Bring to boil, add corn and cook until heated through.

4Add 1/2 bacon.

5Pour in greased dish and top with parsley and bacon.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
