- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. pimento pepper
Directions

1Mix all together, except the bacon.

2Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

3Place slices of bacon over top of this.

4Bake until the mixture is thick.

5Then broil until the bacon is brown.
