- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute pepper and onion in margarine; mix all other ingredients and add pepper, onion and butter.

2Mix well.

3Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.

4Add grated cheese to top.

5Bake until cheese is melted.
