- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.

2Pour the rest of the ingredients in dish and mix well.

3Bake at 350° for about an hour.

4Top will get very brown.

5During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
