- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 (12 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until tender.

2Stir in flour and cook 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly.

3Gradually stir in sour cream, corn and salt; cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated (do not boil).

4Stir in half the bacon; pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon over top.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
