- 4 strips bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans corn (whole kernel or your choice), drained, except for 1/4 c.
- Ritz crackers (one sleeve from box)
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp; chop in small bits.

2Drain oil from pan.

3Add eggs and corn and mix.

4Roll crackers in foil with rolling pin until crushed.

5Press on top of other ingredients.

6Melt margarine and sprinkle over crackers.

7Bake at 425° for approximately 30 minutes.
