  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 sticks oleo, melted or softened
  • 1/4 c. diced green peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese + 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 diced onion

Directions

    Mix together milk, Jiffy cornbread mix and egg.

    Add 2 different styles of corn, oleo, onions and 1/2 cup cheese.

    Add green peppers, if wanted.
