Ingredients

  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • chopped onion and bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers

Directions

    Drain vegetables. Mix all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes.
