- 2 eggs
- 1 can creamed style corn
- 3/4 c. canned milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Separate yolks and whites.

2In a bowl mix 2 beaten egg yolks, creamed corn, canned milk, oil, shredded cheese and Jiffy corn muffin mix.

3Fold in 2 beaten egg whites.

4Pour into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
