  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 4 egg yolks (save whites)
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk

Directions

    Blend together creamed corn, egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and milk.

    Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.

    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 375° for approximately 80 minutes, until brown.
