- 4 egg yolks (save whites)
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Blend together creamed corn, egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and milk.

2Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.

3Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.

4Pour into buttered casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for approximately 80 minutes, until brown.
