- 2 cans corn (Shoe Peg or white)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream
Directions

1Drain corn.

2In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper.

3Cook briefly, then gradually add cream, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.

4Add corn and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
