  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (11 oz.)
  • 1 can Mexicorn
  • 1 Mahatma saffron rice (5 oz.)
  • 6 oz. cheese
  • crushed Ritz crackers for topping

Directions

    Cook rice by instructions.

    Add 1/2 stick of margarine to rice.

    Add corn, chicken soup and cheese.

    Top with crackers which have been mixed with melted margarine.

    Bake until brown at 350°.
