- 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 fine chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine the first ingredient in a large bowl.

2Combine corn meal and all other ingredients; pour into cream-style corn.

3Place in an 11 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
