  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese

Directions

    Chop onion and saute in 1 stick margarine.

    Then mix all ingredients together and put in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
