- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in butter.

2Pour in water and bring to a boil.

3Add rice; cover and remove from stove.

4Let set 5 minutes.

5Pour in corn and soup; add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
