  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper in butter.

    Pour in water and bring to a boil.

    Add rice; cover and remove from stove.

    Let set 5 minutes.

    Pour in corn and soup; add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
