  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion

Directions

    Melt butter over low heat.

    Stir together with remainder of ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour in an 8 x 8-inch pan with lid.

    The first 1/2 hour cook with lid on.

    The last half hour cook with lid off.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
