  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 small can Pet milk (can substitute lite)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt the margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Stir to mix margarine with other ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (uncovered).

    (May add 1 to 2 chopped jalapeno peppers, if desired.)
