- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 small can Pet milk (can substitute lite)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt the margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Mix all other ingredients.

3Stir to mix margarine with other ingredients.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (uncovered).

5(May add 1 to 2 chopped jalapeno peppers, if desired.)
