- 2 cans creamed corn
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- red pepper to taste
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain Mexicorn and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

2The red pepper really adds to the taste, so use enough to enhance the flavor.

3Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° until it is slightly brown.
