  • 2 cans Mexicorn
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • red pepper to taste
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain Mexicorn and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    The red pepper really adds to the taste, so use enough to enhance the flavor.

    Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° until it is slightly brown.
