  • 2 cans creamed corn or 3 c. fresh
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 3 heaping tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add eggs, milk and corn.

    Blend well and pour in casserole dish.

    Pour melted margarine on top and bake at 350° until almost firm.
