- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Start with 2 eggs and mix in sour cream.

2Add both cans of corn, not drained.

3Mix in cornbread mix and sugar.

4Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350° for 35 minutes, until done.
