  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Start with 2 eggs and mix in sour cream.

    Add both cans of corn, not drained.

    Mix in cornbread mix and sugar.

    Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350° for 35 minutes, until done.
