Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 can Green Chilis
  • 5 cup Homemade pinto beans, undrained
  • 2 each Chopped Chipolte
  • 2 lb Top round beef, small cubes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except beef, in a pot and simmer medium low heat.

    While simmering, cook beef with a small amount of the listed seasons until browned.

    Drain beef then add to bean mixture.

    Simmer at medium heat stirring occasionally for 30 min.
