  • 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, drained
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Combine first six ingredients.

    Add corn meal, garlic salt and soda.

    Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
