- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper
- grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.

3Mix all ingredients except cheese.
