  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 c. cornbread mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 small can/jar pimento (optional)
  • garlic to taste

Directions

    Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients and stir hard.

    Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Also can top with Cheddar cheese.
