  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/8 c. oil or butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the cheese and mix well.

    In a flat casserole dish, layer corn mixture and cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
