  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
  • 2 cans Mexicorn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Place margarine on top of rice until it melts. Add corn, soup and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
