- 1 onion
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Cook butter and onion until butter is melted.

2Mix corns and beaten egg together; add to onion and butter.

3Add sugar, pepper and rice; mix.

4Bake at 350° until rice is tender.
