- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Slice potatoes thin.

2Put oil in skillet and get hot.

3Slice an onion with the potatoes and place in hot oil.

4Cook slowly with lid on.

5Remove lid after potatoes are tender and cook, uncovered, until brown.

6When potatoes have been placed in serving dish, sprinkle grated cheese and put on top of potatoes while hot. Serve.
