- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. anise
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
Directions

1Combine eggs and corn.

2Heat butter. Add spices and flour and cook about 1 minute.

3Combine with corn mixture.

4Pour half the mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.

5Cover with the cheese and add rest of corn mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Serves 4.
