  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with grated cheese the last 5 minutes (optional).
