- 2 (1 lb.) cans whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. (sleeve) Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix corn, celery soup, mushroom soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and onion together.

2Pour into a large or 2 small casserole dishes.

3Mix together Ritz crackers and melted butter.

4Spread on top.

5Bake at 350° to 375° for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted.
