  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (don't drain)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour in casserole. Cook at 350° about 45 minutes or until corn bread is done. Very easy and tastes good.
