  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except Cheddar cheese.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole (greased).

    Top with Cheddar cheese and bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
