Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drain off 1/2 liquid)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (use 1/2 in mix, 1/2 in topping)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle second half of cheese on top and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
