- 2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. plain corn meal
- chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix corn, eggs, baking powder, oil, corn meal, peppers and salt together.

3Stir in shredded cheese. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
