- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 oz. pkg. cornbread dressing mix
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Skin desired amount of tomatoes. Place in quart jars with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar. Seal jars. Place jars on cookie sheet. Set oven to 250°, do not preheat oven. Turn oven off in 1 hour. Do not open oven door; leave tomatoes overnight.
