  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (I pour some liquid off before I add to mix)
  • 1 small carton sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Jiffy muffin mix

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour in a well greased casserole dish. I use a 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 12-inch dish.
